# Appendix A: The Minimum Operating Set

The book offers a field architecture, and every local use remains revisable. A local plant must still create, review, and use the artifacts appropriate to its tradition and jurisdiction. Combine documents when that improves use. Do not omit a function because it lacks a separate file.
