Use this page as the working sheet. Its purpose is not to produce a beautiful explanation. Its purpose is to keep the pressure sorted long enough for one truthful next step to become visible.

CRM in one sentence. When reality pressures a person's or community's expectations and meaning frame, sort the pressure, check the source, capacity, and available agency, then pursue truthful repair rather than mere relief.
