The local church lives through seven joined realities:
- Reality | What the Church receives | What a plant must make operational
- Confession | Triune faith, apostolic gospel, Scripture, Christ's lordship | doctrinal rule, teaching custody, correction and revision path
- Worship | prayer, Word, baptism, Eucharist, praise, lament, thanksgiving | Lord's Day order, sacramental responsibility, access, calendar, preparation
- Communion | one body, mutual honor, shared burdens, holiness, discipline | belonging path, group life, care, conflict, protection, appeal, repair
- Office | gifts and qualified ministry under Christ | role charters, qualification, decision rights, plurality, conflicts, review, succession
- Stewardship | time, money, property, information, and work as entrusted goods | budget, controls, records, facilities, data, employment, volunteer systems
- Mission | witness to Christ in word and deed among Israel and the nations | local listening, evangelism, mercy, public speech, partnerships, sending
- Hope | resurrection, judgment, new creation, Christ's return | patience, non-triumphal measurement, endurance, closure and multiplication without self-preservation
Every chapter ends by naming the document, map, practice, or decision the team should have in hand before moving on. Paperwork does not prove faithfulness. It does make responsibility visible enough to question and correct.
