# V1 External Feedback Register

**Status:** live register

**Current state:** ten findings from the first supplied public-site audit are
accepted. Nine implementation findings have committed, built, deployed
internal verification and are closed in that limited sense. The formal
external-review requirement remains open, so the portfolio remains V1 Preview
and pre-publication.

This register is the durable index of actionable external review findings.
Detailed records use `docs/review/feedback-template.md` and follow
`docs/review/feedback-process.md`.

The first audit's `e57e091...+working-tree` source label is a legacy identity
without a preserved working-tree fingerprint, so it is not reconstructible as
an exact source commit. Its published snapshot hash in the detailed finding is
the controlling artifact identity.

Do not add reviewer contact information, private identities, confidential
disclosures, or sensitive case details here.
