# DDF Research Records

These files preserve research with continuing evidentiary value for the canonical DDF manuscript:

- `research-ledger.md`: V1 chronological research provenance and detailed
  source/conclusion trail. Its legacy “second-edition” language is an internal
  construction label, not a public version.
- `gap-research-tracker.md`: completed V1 coverage audit. All recorded slices
  are retained with their dispositions; new gaps enter through the DDF coverage
  process rather than reopening this historical pass.
- `modern-reality-audit.md`: V1 evidence audit of science, AI, mind, and
  systems descriptions. Its evidence remains useful, while
  `science-and-one-reality-method.md` governs current interpretation.
- `science-and-one-reality-method.md`: live governing claim-jurisdiction
  method, constrained-generativity synthesis, typed purpose ladder, negative
  controls, and primary scientific source trail.
- `trinity-biblical-theology.md`: durable biblical and early-patristic source
  synthesis supporting the Trinitarian integration.

These are research records, not competing manuscripts or independent releases.
`main.tex` is the current controlling text, while stronger evidence or analysis
may require revision at any time. Exact historical states are identified by Git
commit, not by legacy draft names.
